Server recommendation for my websites?
Hello, I have a forum website(invision board) and need some inputs to select a dedicated server. My forum has 8 million posts (Including posts and topics) in total. Right now i am using Xeon 5260 2 bay chaisis, 12 gb ram, 400 gb SD. I just want to know how can we determine the server configuration based on what factors? Do you know anything about Hostingsource.com dedicated hosting services? Any experiences? Where can I read reviews about them?
Thanks

If you need to install your own services, HostPro VPS seems much more suitable than shared hosting. With root access, you can install packages and configure the server without waiting for the hosting provider to enable something.
I know that hostingsource.com is proven to be the best server provider in the IT world.
The services here are inexpensive and of a high quality. This company maintains a high level of service and their technical support are real professionals.
Can recommend you try to compare rates, features, compatibility, performance, and reliability.
Take a look at GTHost.com instant dedicated servers. Network uptime is fantastic and the ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus.
For what it's worth, hostpro.com has handled my VPS needs well for months. They run daily backups of every service, useful when an update goes sideways or someone tries to mess with your data. Support is around 24/7, competent, and costs nothing extra.
