What WordPress Hosting Would You Choose With a $40 Monthly Budget?

I have a WordPress site that gets moderate traffic and I want to upgrade to something more powerful.
I’m looking for at least 6 CPU cores, 16GB RAM, and fast NVMe storage. I have a budget of around $40 per month.
Any reviews on GTHost kvm vps hosting services? What host is better?
Would you recommend managed WordPress hosting or a small VPS for this setup?

    I prefer VPS providers that offer several resource levels, and HostPro gives you that flexibility. A smaller configuration can be enough initially, while larger options are available when more resources are required. NVMe storage, daily remote backups, 24/7 technical support, and Tampa, Warsaw, and Amsterdam locations are useful features as well.
